I have stayed in the standard double room with a big desk and a storage. The location is fantastic and close to a tram station. Easy access to pubs and bars which are close to the hotel.

I truly enjoyed the breakfast with a huge variety of appetising food. The staff was really friendly and amiable, everything was good.

There was DELICIOUS food, the staff was amiable. The rooms were new-fashioned, bright, came with the facilities, th window and student size bed.

The standard queen room was bright and tidy. The bathroom was clean with a shower and fresh towels...

Tidy great budget hotel with excellent staff. Incredible location, just a walk down to everywhere. Situated in a shopping area. Only 15 minutes on foot from Edinburgh Waverley railway station.

i stayed 3 nights and would stay here again when visiting united kingdom. thoroughly enjoyed this good budget hotel, marvellous location and bright rooms.
